Beet Vegetable Juice
The morning pick-me-up to get you going every single day! Beet juice is a great source of vitamins and minerals and has even been shown to increase blood flow and energy during exercise!
prep time: 15 minutes
servings: 2-3 people
Ingredients:
180 grams beets
150 grams whole carrot
200 grams celery
125 grams green apple
½ Lemon
Very small piece of ginger
What you'll need:
Cheesecloth or nut milk bag
High speed blender
Directions:
Clean the beets, carrots, apple, and celery and chop into smaller pieces
Slice the lemon in half and slice the peel off of the half of lemon.
Add all of the ingredients into a blender with a quarter-inch piece of ginger and blend until smooth.
Use the nut milk bag or cheesecloth to strain the juice from the fibrous part of the vegetables.
Chill and serve
